Pursuant to Local Law #3 of 1996, parking on village streets is prohibited between the hours of 2:00 AM and 6:00 AM between November 1 until April 15. This allows for the highway department to plow curb to curb and for removal of snow around fire hydrants. The village thanks you for your cooperation.
Annual Village tax bills are mailed on June 1st and are due no later than July 1 without penalty.
Water bills are mailed on May 1 and November 1 and are due within 30 days without penalty. The Village has the right to terminate service if unpaid. The outstanding amount may be attached as a special assessment to the next village tax bill.

The Board of Trustees request that you sweep and edge the sidewalk in front of your residence. Many perfectly good sidewalks soon become buried if this is not done periodically.
No parking on sidewalks. New York State vehicle law prohibits blocking or parking on sidewalks.
Open burning is not allowed in the Village.
The Village requests that you instruct your snow plow operator to refrain from piling snow on the sidewalk adjacent to your driveway. The operator of the village snow blower has a difficult time removing snow from the sidewalk when it is left in this manner. The village provides this service for the safety of the resident pedestrians.
If you notice an issue with a streetlight near your residence, please report it to National Grid at 1-800-642-4272 or a form is available on their website, www.nationalgridus.com. Information required is address near the pole, pole number, type of problem (such as light out, light blinking, etc).
